As the Regional Clinical Director/BCBA for Discovery ABA Therapy in the NC East Region, Bayan has been pivotal in overseeing clinical supervisory and case management activities since March 2024. Her leadership extends to spearheading outreach and business development efforts, which have significantly contributed to expanding service areas and enhancing community engagement. Bayan’s experience also includes a significant tenure as a BCBA and Practicum SuN.C.rvisor at Chitter Chatter P.C. in Dearborn, MI, from February 2020 to May 2023. There, she was instrumental in designing teaching programs, developing behavior intervention plans, and fostering the professional growth of technicians through rigorous supervision and training.
